Our Story

JNH Lifestyles began as a quest for healthier living.

We were on a mission to find a way to prevent long-term illness in patients and increase health and longevity. As we have discovered, infrared sauna therapy is an integral part of healthy living. It can make the difference between just existing and genuinely feeling alive and rejuvenated.

From Medical Roots to Sauna Innovation

Our journey started in the medical device manufacturing industry, where we worked as engineers and manufacturers. Responding to requests from hospitals and clinics, we developed solutions in preventative health—eventually uncovering the powerful healing benefits of infrared sauna therapy. We dove deep into global heat therapy traditions, from Native American sweat lodges and Ancient Greek baths to Eastern medicine principles. This research led us to build our first commercial-grade infrared sauna in 1989, originally created for hospital use.

By the early 2000s, we expanded into home-use saunas—bringing the benefits of infrared therapy into everyday life. Today, we continue to innovate, refining each model to deliver the best possible infrared sauna experience.
